What is your domestic return policy?

Due to the current pandemic, the current processing time for all domestic returns is approximately 2 weeks. We can confirm that there are currently delays within the returns network as a result of COVID-19 and also processing delays within our distribution center due to the safeguarding measures in place to protect our teams.

Full price and sale merchandise purchased on our site may be returned within 14 days of order delivery. Merchandise must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny refund for items that do not meet our return policy requirements as well as the right to restrict or refuse future transactions through JohnVarvatos.com to any customer who exhibits an unreasonable return pattern. Gift Cards and items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange. 

All refunds that meet our return policy and standards will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to post to your account.

We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen when returned via means other than our pre-paid UPS or FedEx service nor do we issue refunds for shipping fees incurred through the use of other carriers.
