For International returns (orders delivered outside of the USA), please email email@example.com to request a return authorization and DHL return label. Please include your order number along with details of the item(s) that you would like to return in your return request.
Once our Customer Care Team initiates your return you will receive an email with instructions from Borderfree along with three copies of a commerical invoice, and two copies of the DHL Air Waybill for the return parcel.
You, the customer, are responsible for either arranging the pick up of the return parcel or dropping it off at your local DHL facility. DHL will transport your parcel to Borderfree's Domestic Hub, who will then forward the package internationally to our designated returns facility.
Please note, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
