How do I return my order?

Domestic Online Returns (within the U.S.):

For domestic online returns (orders delivered in the USA), visit https://returns.johnvarvatos.com.

Enter your order number (format: ######), followed by the email address used to place your order. 

Domestic online returns may also be processed in store at one of our standalone locations. To find your nearest John Varvatos location, visit our store locator at https://Johnvarvatos.com/stores

International Online Returns (Outside of the U.S.):

For International online returns (orders delivered outside of the USA) you may initiate your return via Global-E returns portal or you may also email [e-mail] to request a return authorization and return label.  Please provide your order number along with the item(s) you would like to return in your return request.  Please note, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
