- To receive your order before Christmas please order by Thursday, December 10th and to receive before New Year’s Eve please order by Thursday December 17st.

- International Shipping is free for orders over $350. For orders under $350 delivery is $29.95. To receive your order before Christmas please order by Monday, December 7th and to receive before New Year’s Eve please order by Monday, December 14th.
- Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your order within 7-15 working days. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. Outlying areas may take longer. Due to high demand and safety measures in place, our deliveries may take a little longer to reach you. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
The full amount will be credited to the original tender if returned within 14 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn with tags attached, to be accepted as a return. Price adjustments will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment. Receipts marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return. Returns to merchandise credit only will be accepted for merchandise outside of the return policy until January 10th 2021.

- We cannot process exchanges for online orders. Please return your online order following the above and place a new order for the item desired at your convenience. Alternatively you can visit your local John Varvatos location for an exchange.
- All refunds that meet our return policy and standards will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to post to your account.
- We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen when returned via means other than our pre-paid UPS or FedEx service nor do we issue refunds for shipping fees incurred through the use of other carriers.
- Purchases made in store or online concessions should be returned or exchanged in accordance with their own policy
- Please John Varvatos Customer Service are unable to support with returns from Concession Partners. We recommend contacting the concession partners customer service team so they can advise you on their return policy and process
