How it Works
- On each product page, you can choose the "Pick Up At" option underneath the "Pick Up & Delivery" section. If you'd like to change your pick up location, click on the underlined store location under the "Pick Up At" option.
- Once you’ve finished shopping, select “Pick Up At” and your preferred pick up location at checkout.
- After placing your order, you'll receive an email notifying you that your items are ready for pick up.
- When you arrive to pick up your order, please be prepared to show your ID and your order number or email confirmation.
How long do I have to pick up my order in store?
You have 3 days to pick up your order after placing it online. After that 3 days, if you fail to collect you will be refunded and the order will be canceled.
What happens if I change my mind about the order before pick up?
You will need to reach out to our Customer Service team in order to cancel your order.
Can I change the pick up location of my order after the order has been placed?
No, you can't change the pick up location of your order after it has been placed.
Am I able to make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
No, you can't make changes to your order after it has been placed. If you'd like to cancel your order please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
What do I need to provide when picking up my order?
You will need to show your ID, along with your order number or email confirmation at pick up.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, you can add an alternative contact for pick up. Check the "someone else picking up?" box when selecting the "pick up in-store" option at checkout.
Can I try the items in my order on in store?
Yes, you can try on all items in your chosen store at the time of pick up.
Can I return my order in store?
Yes, if your order is within the return sale you can return your order in store, you have 14 days to do so.
Can I exchange an item in my order for a different size?
Yes, as long as the store has the size available.
Are Outlet and Sale items eligible for in store pick up?
No, only full priced items will be available for in store pick up.
Can I buy online, pick up in store outside of the US?
No, in store pick up is not available outside of the US at this time.
